CleanDrop (trycleandrop.com) is a data cleanup service with five categories: spreadsheet and contact cleanup, invoices and receipts, bank statements, product catalogs, and Class Notes (organized study notes from typed notes). You upload a file (or paste text for Class Notes), we show a preview, and after payment, either a one-time price or a job from your subscription, you can download the result. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You confirm you have the right to upload the file. Do not upload protected health information (PHI) or other medical or patient data. Files that appear to contain it may be rejected, and we may delete them. Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not authorized to process.
Supported file types: TXT, DOCX and text-based PDF (or pasted text) for Class Notes (5 MB or about 200,000 characters); CSV, XLSX and XLS (up to 5 MB); text-based PDF for invoices and receipts (up to 25 files, 3 MB each) and for bank statements (5 MB). Scanned or photographed documents are not supported. Invoices and bank statements contain financial information: upload only documents you are entitled to share, and never send us bank logins, card numbers or passwords. Uploads are rate-limited to protect the service.
The price is shown before you pay. One-time prices: $9, $19 or $39 by size for spreadsheets, bank statements and product catalogs; $9 (up to 10 PDFs) or $19 (up to 25) for invoices; $3 per set of Class Notes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are added where required.
To request a refund, email the support address below with your job ID.
Uploaded and cleaned files are automatically deleted after 7 days. We do not use your data to train AI or machine-learning models.
Output is produced by automated rules and may contain errors or omissions. Rows we flag need your own check. Review all output before relying on it. Extracted invoice fields and bank transaction categories are automated best guesses; the output is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Class Notes output is produced by fixed rules, not AI; it can miss or mis-rank ideas and is not a substitute for your course materials. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
