Questions

What happens to my files?

Uploaded and cleaned files are automatically deleted after 7 days. We don't use your data to train AI or machine-learning models.

Can I upload medical or patient data?

No. Please don't upload protected health information (PHI) or other medical data. Files that appear to contain it may be rejected.

What if the result is wrong?

Rows we can't confidently fix are flagged for your review. You get a full refund if we can't process your file or it fails our quality checks, and within 7 days of purchase you can request a refund for material errors we caused. See the Terms for details.

How do I pay?

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Which files are supported?

CSV, XLSX and XLS files up to 5 MB.
