Turn messy class notes into organized study notes.

Upload your typed notes or paste them in. CleanDrop sorts them into headings and bullets, pulls out the key points and a glossary of key terms, and adds practice questions. Download as Word, PDF or Markdown.

Turn the phone you already own into a study tool, for a few dollars a month instead of the cost of a tablet. CleanDrop organizes notes you type or paste; it doesn't replace a tablet's writing or drawing, and photo upload isn't available yet.

How it works (and what it isn't)

This is a rule-based organizer, not AI. It follows fixed rules: it spots headings (titles on their own line, numbered lines, ALL CAPS, "Chapter/Week/Lecture"), tidies bullets and sentences, picks key points by how often their words appear, builds the glossary from lines like "Term: definition" or "X is ...", and writes practice questions from templates. It does not understand your subject, so it can miss ideas or pick weak key points. Notes with clear titles and bullets work best. Please check the result against your own notes before studying from it.

What you get

  • Clean headings and bullet points in the order you wrote them
  • A short "key points" list for each section, plus an overview
  • A key-terms glossary (definitions come from your own notes)
  • Up to 12 practice questions, built from your terms and headings
  • The same study notes as a Word file, a PDF and a Markdown file

Limitations

  • Typed text only: handwriting, photos, scans and audio or video recordings are not supported
  • Rule-based: no summarizing in new words and no fact-checking, so errors in your notes carry through
  • Practice questions are templates ("Define X", "Explain Y"), not exam-quality
  • English works best; very long files are cut at about 200,000 characters
