What you get
- Product names with tidy spacing and capitalization (ALL CAPS and all lowercase fixed, mixed case left alone)
- SKUs trimmed, upper-cased, spaces turned into hyphens
- Prices as plain numbers with 2 decimals, quantities as whole numbers
- Duplicate SKUs (or duplicate names when there is no SKU) removed, keeping the first, with a note if the price differed
Limitations
- Column detection is based on header names, so unusual headers may be missed
- Only the first sheet of an Excel file is read
- We do not fix spelling or merge near-duplicate names
- Currency symbols are removed from prices, so mixed-currency files should be split first

Questions
How are columns found?
By their headers: names like Name/Title/Product, SKU/Item Code/UPC, Price/Cost/MSRP and Qty/Stock. Other columns are kept and only have extra spaces trimmed.
What happens to my files?
Uploaded and result files are automatically deleted after 7 days. We don't use your data to train AI or machine-learning models.
What if the result is wrong?
