What you get

Limitations

  • PDF support needs text-based PDFs with dated rows (like "03/15 STARBUCKS -4.50 1,234.00"). Unusual layouts, scans and multi-column statements may fail
  • Debit/credit signs in PDFs are confirmed against the running balance when there is one; otherwise flagged
  • CSV/XLSX files need Date, Description and Amount (or Debit/Credit) columns
  • Categories are keyword-based and English-only
  • Not accounting, tax or financial advice

Questions

Do you need my bank login?

No. You upload a file you already downloaded. Never share bank credentials with us.

Are categories accurate?

They come from keyword rules, so common merchants are right most of the time but not always, and unknown merchants are marked "Uncategorized". Treat it as a first pass for bookkeeping, not accounting or tax advice.

What happens to my files?

Uploaded and result files are automatically deleted after 7 days. We don't use your data to train AI or machine-learning models.

What if the result is wrong?
